Bellevue State Park, a park for all seasons, in Wilmington, DE. Bellevue State Park offers a variety of programs for visitors of all ages. Bellevue Hall mansion commands a grand view of this historic estate.

Brandywine Creek State Park in Greenville, DE. Brandywine Creek State Park has 14 miles of trails and is the place to see wildflowers, songbirds, deer, and other flora and fauna.

Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, DE. offers beaches, swimming, sunbathing, and an 18-hole disc golf course. Cape Henlopen State Park also conducts a variety of entertaining recreational programs.

Surfers can catch the waves at Fenwick Island, the park has one of the few beaches in Delaware with a designated surfing area. Fenwick Island State Park is located between the resort towns of Bethany Beach and Ocean City.

First State Heritage Park at Dover Delaware's first "park without boundaries" links historical and cultural sites in the capital city of Dover DE.

Fort Delaware State Park, from the parking area in Delaware City, visitors take a ½ -mile ferry ride to Pea Patch Island. Authentically-clad historic interpreters begin your journey back to the summer of 1863. Fort Delaware State Park offers hands-on history, which might include helping the blacksmith.

Fort DuPont State Park located in the Delaware City area. Fort Dupont State Park has 322 acres along the scenic Delaware River, Chesapeake River and the Delaware Canal.

Fox Point State Park is a ribbon of land along the Delaware River. You can stand at any of the park's overlooks and see all the way to Philadelphia looking north and beyond the Delaware Memorial Bridge looking south. Fox Point State Park provides front row seats for watching the Delaware River at work.

Holts Landing State Park a small bayside park that encompasses 203-acres. Holts Landing State Park is home to the only pier on Delaware's Inland Bay that was built specifically for crabbing (blue crabs). Often you can spot hawks, herons, osprey, deer, raccoon, possum, muskrat, and a fox.

Killens Pond State Park located in Felton, DE. Great place to go fishing, the pond is home to largemouth bass, catfish, carp, perch, crappie, bluegills, and pickerel. There is hiking trails, cross-country running course, and an 18-hole disc golf course.

Lums Pond State Park in Bear, DE. has 1790 acres on the north side of the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal. Lums Pond State Park is built around the largest freshwater pond in Delaware. Lums Pond itself is a popular place for water activities, hiking trails, and offers a sandy beach.

Trap Pond State Park retains a part of the swamp's original beauty and mystery, and features the northernmost natural stand of baldcypress trees in the United States. Trap Pond State Park is located in Laurel, DE.

White Clay Creek State Park in Newark, DE. At White Clay Creek State Park hiking and is one of the most popular activities. Thirty-seven miles of trails. mountain bike riders can enjoy the park as well.

Wilmington State Parks Centrally located in the City of Wilmington, is a cluster of parks that offer lots of recreation, education, and sports and community events. These Wilmongton State Parks are connected by trails.
